TOP 5 Things NOT to Eat This Year!!!

OKAY! Who wants to finally reach your health goals?!
2018 is the year!

Want to live healthy?
Who wants the best list of things to detox from this year?!

Well here we go...

5. Laundry pods
4. Hazardous Waste
3. Antifreeze
2.Gasoline
1. Any other toxic chemical/substance

Okay, so maybe the title was a bit misleading, but you clicked on it didn't you. Why though? Think about it. As humans it's easy to categorize things in boxes.

Food A is bad, food B is good- don't eat A foods, eat only B foods, avoid all A foods, only can have B foods, etc.

Because focusing on what is "bad or negative, or wrong" helps use to avoid them and there starts the cycle. The cycle of negative association, guilt, and being unsatisfied. Let's be honest, we are gonna eat those foods, so what makes it bad? And what do you think you do in turn when you consume that "bad" food? A process of guilt and shame for no reason and then the cycle continues.

I'm here to tell you there is no one food that's going to make you fat or unhealthy, just like there is no one food that is going to make you skinny or healthy. One healthy meal isn't going to reverse any bad health you have,  just like one bad meal isn't going to ruin your health. It's a sum of processes. This is life, a total contribution of all of your choices, to include spiritual, mental, physical, social, and include nutrition, sleep, and exercise.

To those of you that are like WTH, I wanted a legit list of guidance as to what I NEED to eat and not eat, I'm here to tell you the truth NOT sell some garbage that doesn't work. This includes theories, a way of life, a new diet, book, or any potion, wrap, tea, soaked tampon of sorts or whatever the newest mumbo jumbo is. I'm here to help, I'm here to finally help and guide you to honoring your body and giving up mainstream media and the fitness industry's diet culture.

If you want to keep searching for the "thing that will finally work for me", then stop reading now & avoid any of my future posts. I'm here to help break the chains.

I am here to preach balance, moderation, and indulgence of ALL things. Personally, there are only a few foods/substances I refuse to eat in regards to health, but I keep those to myself because they are for me and my body, but I do not truly believe there is such a thing as good or bad foods. That is the honest to god truth, I believe there is a time and place and room for all foods. This post is to just get you thinking about how we shame food and in turn then end up shaming ourselves for "indulging" in those foods and it's time we put a stop to it.
