Simple Sweet Garlic Marinade


I get asked all the time how I keep my meals from getting boring. If you look at my plates, I keep the same main ingredients and simply change up combinations and flavors by using spices, herbs, seasonings, and sauces. It keeps my taste buds happy to be curious! This recipe I'm sharing today is a simple & delicious staple that you can add to just about anything. I've even used it in a fried rice and stir fry recipe. I have these ingredients on hand at all times so it's something that I can add to enhance the flavors of meat or veggies. Give it a try and let me know if you have any questions! 

Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp raw honey
2 Tbsp liquid aminos
2 Tbsp avocado oil

How to:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk away!
Soak chicken/tofu, at least 30 mins, but best overnight.
